Tremiscus helvelloides - Guepinia helvelloides 2

Tremiscus helvelloides - Guepinia helvelloides 2

Also known as the "red jelly fungus", or "apricot jelly" Although found all over North America and scarcely around the globe this is apparently extremely rare in the Province of Quebec. I was told I took this photo in one of the only 2 clumps known in the Province. <img src="http://feeds.feedburner.com/trolettiphoto/kPjg.1.gif"; alt="Steve Troletti Photography - trolettiphoto.com" style="border:0">
